How often will products be added?

Products will be added monthly whenever possible.

 

How long is the shipping time?

Packaging and handling may take up to one week, then products will be shipped through standard mail.

 

What if my product is damaged?

If your item[s] are damaged, please reach out through our contact page, and I will get back to you as soon as possible to make things right.

 

Do you accept returns?

Returns are not accepted.

 

What if I receive the wrong item?

If you receive the wrong item, please reach out through our contact page, and once confirmed, I will send you the correct products. You may keep the incorrect products.

 

What if the item I received is wrong/damaged, and the right item is sold out?

If I am unable to send a new/correct item, you will be given a gift card to cover the cost of the item, or you can substitute it for an item of the same or lower price.

 

Do you accept refunds?

Refunds are usually not accepted. If there is an issue with your order, please reach out via the contact page, and I will help you as soon as possible. Refunds will only be accepted if the order is unable to be completed.

 

Can I get custom art?

Yes! I accept commissions via google forms, so if you are interested, please fill out this google form here! 

 

Do you have coupons/sales?

Coupon codes will be raffled regularly on my Twitch streams, or  slow items will have a sale to clear inventory.

 

Is there international shipping?

Yes! As long as I can ship to your country from the US, you can order!

 

Why is there no receipt in my package?

There are no paper receipts in your order to reduce paper consumption. Receipts are sent via email.
